You will assist the production management team with all of the tasks required to pull off a live event. Sometimes exciting, sometimes monotonous, but always something different. This entry-level position is a great way to learn about live events and Cornerstone is a great place to do it. You will be communicating with venues, vendors and assisting with other miscellaneous project research. Work duties include but are not limited to:
- Attending client meetings – must dress professionally and be prepared to take notes.
- Managing and Organizing Media on file hosting services
- Formatting Incoming Media
- Writing Event Communications
- Compiling and Editing Presentations
- Communicating roles and responsibilities with Clients and Vendors
- Sourcing additional Virtual Event Services and reaching out to vendors to get pricing
- Researching décor/party elements and reaching out to vendors to get pricing
- Helping to compile scripts, build event agendas and building production books
- Acting as a runner and Helping with Decor on show site
- Must be able to work nights/weekends and long hours when needed
- Assist in preparing event recap post event.
- Maintain event database, tracking all events currently running and upcoming events.

- Experience with stage/set management
